Can I keep the ice maker on and running 24/7? null

Yes, you can keep the ice maker running 24/7. (You will have to keep refilling the water reservoir and emptying the ice basket periodically.)

You could, it automatically shuts off. Only issue would be the cubes come out wet and would freeze together into a block sitting in there. We usually use it for parties and just plug it in the day before and dump every batch in bags
