Hello, CLee. Thanks for dropping in. If the surrounding temperatures do not exceed 110°F (43°C), you should be good to go. Temperatures of 32°F (0°C) and below will NOT affect operation. Also, ensure your freezer has space for good air circulation. We recommend leaving about a 4 inch (75 mm) space on all sides of the unit for adequate circulation.
