I have the same opening and it is also near the wall. The door hits the wall when opened, but things inside are easily accessible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are in similar situation. Here's how it will be: 1. You will have the needed ~1-2" on each side for circulation. 2. You will be able to open the door at 90 degree angle to fridge. 3. You will not be able to pull drawer out near door near wall unless you remove the bottom "shelf" on the door. 4. You need to make sure the drawer does not rip the door gasket (rubber) near that drawer near the wall.

We recommend allowing the following clearances for ease of installation, proper air circulation, and plumbing and electrical connections: Sides & Top: ⅜ in. / Rear: 1 in. To open the doors at a 90-degree angle, you will need an additional 16" approximately on each side of the front of the cabinet. We hope this helps. -Rox
