“I can see the height to the top of the door which aligns with the hinges is higher than to the back case. Anyone have any idea what the back case height is? My cabinet only extends to 1/3 of the back so I dont need to worry about higher front. Thanks”

Hi Mari, thank you for your question. For model FRBE1925AF, there is no separate back case height because the refrigerator cabinet is a single uniform structure. The overall height of about 66 5/8 inches applies to both the cabinet and the rear of the unit, while the higher point you see in diagrams is due to the door hinge design extending above the cabinet line visually. Since your cabinet only covers part of the back, you can safely reference the overall height for fit, as the back case itself does not differ in height from the rest of the unit. — Reed
