Hi Kw, If you're wondering whether you can use a freezer as a fridge, the answer is yes. The conversion isn't difficult to make and requires simply replacing the freezer thermostat with one for a refrigerator. You can simply pull out the old thermostat from your freezer and replace it or you can purchase a thermostat that plugs into the refrigerator's power outlet. We hope this information helps with your shopping experience. - Owen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure. One thing you need to know. Do not plug in to a curcuit with a GFI it will always trip the breaker or the GFI plug and that was happening to me and almost lost $300.00 Wirth of beef. An Electriton that switch out and put a standerd breaker told me this. He is a hunter and he has three he uses for food and will not use a GFI on his three for the same reason. It is a very good Freezer. has a light that stays on which will tell you that it is on.
