It does have feet on the bottom that can be screwed up and down to balance it. Perhaps, taking out the feet would get you the height requirement you need in order to fit in your space.

The base/stand of the Frigidaire FRSG2115AV refrigerator has leveling legs for minor height adjustments, but they likely won’t adjust by just a quarter inch. Since the fridge height is about 69.7 inches, it should fit your 70-inch space with a little breathing room. - Reed
