“Bought dishwasher March 11 2020. The door that holds the dishwasher detergent blocks is not opening properly and the block does not dissolve, hense the dishes are not getting clean running three times on heavy wash . Thanks”

A tip to help alleviate this issue, would be to ensure that the detergent dispenser is not blocked and can freely open during the cycle.
