It's not washing properly. I used a descaler just in case of lime build-up. There's also a basket on the bottom of the washer where water drains out. Can it be removed to see if it's clogged? It's under the sprayer. (I tried but couldn't get it out) null

Hi there, valued customer! Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your inquiry. The basket like on the bottom of your dishwasher is the filter. To remove and clean it kindly follow the instructions listed below:

1. Turn Filter to the Right (Counterclockwise) to unlock. 
2. Gently lift the filter up to remove and clean.
3. Gently rinse out with warm water. A soft brush or cloth may be used to get out the stuck-on food.

To clean the Filter Plate:

1. Gently lift up to remove filter plate 
2. Gently rinse off with warm water
