Is this a Direct connect into electric or plug in null

You can install it either way. It just has wiring terminals in the bottom that you can wire with either Romex or a plug that comes with most "Dishwasher instillation kits" that you'll need to buy separate.

It's not plug in but I believe you can buy the kit to do that.

Hardwired inside a small electrical box in the front, behind the kick plate.
