Yes the install kit is separate and costs about 50$ that's it, if you're doing it yourself make sure to get insulation.

If you are replacing a dishwasher, then no. You probably have everything. If a new installation, then probably yes. But the included hose with my unit made the 4' path thru my cabinets. I did buy a new AC cord & high-amp twist-on wire connectors, but that was about $7 all together at another big box home improvement store.

Yes and no. It comes with a new drain hose. If it is a new installation, you will need a supply line kit. If it is a replacement installation, it comes with everything needed for a typical replacement install, except for any supply line adapters you may need. No supply line (hose or adapters) are included.
