“We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator FFSS2615TP last week. When we get ice or water, we do not seem to have the green or red lights that are to come on....are those supposed to work on this model?”

In reviewing model FFSS2615TE Use & Care guide, it does appear the only time you will see the GREEN/RED lights is for your filter status indicator and when you LOCK/UNLOCK your control panel.
