Hello, Mel! Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. The auger could be frozen in place. If this is the case you can try the following steps:
​1. Switch the Control (UI) Panel to CRUSHED.
2. Remove the ice bucket
3. Continuously press down the dispenser paddle for 2 minute intervals
(Releasing the paddle and then pressing the paddle again) for a total of 3 times (6 minutes total).
This will melt and evaporate any ice around the auger motor shaft.
4. Then  switch the control (UI) panel to CUBE. Next reinsert the ice bucket,
close the door and attempt to dispense ice again.
