“How much space is recommended from the back of frig and sides of frig to the wall. We were planning to use this for under the counter which is 24" deep. We would prefer to keep the space on the sides about 1" so it looks more built in.”

From the accompanied Frigidaire "Care & Own" booklet, the clearances from: - Sides & Top: 3 inches. - Back: 4 inches. The depth of this fridge is only 17.5 inches. so you may have up to 6.5 inches clearance at the back, which is more than enough for proper ventilation. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The part that gets rather warm on this refrigerator is the lower half of each of the sides, and not from the back at all. I would not personally suggest having only an inch to the sides clear.
