Hi there, our valued customer! To adjust the temperature, turn the control knob toward the higher number setting. After each movement, allow 24 hours for the unit to adjust. If the unit is still not cold enough, repeat until the desired temperature is achieved. After each movement of the control knob, allow the unit to adjust for 24 hours. -Christian
