• The instructions suggest turning off the power and placing a bowl of hot water in the Chill Box to defrost it.

• Hi Alex. I purchased this fridge in August and have noticed that the frost definitely builds up in the freezer. I have pulled the tray out a couple of times to scrape the excess ice out, but it’s not a huge problem.
