Hello, pancook. Thank you for your inquiry. The knobs are painted plastic knobs. We recommend using a soft clean cloth with mild dish detergent and water or a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to clean your knobs. Placing the knobs in the dishwasher may damage the coated.
