“Mine was just delivered and it is very loud and running constantly. What's wrong. Also, the lower back did not come with a cover, so the compoents are exposed. Is it supposed to have a cover?”

I can only say that mine is so quiet that I had a hard time at first being able to tell if it was running. The only noises we have heard are from the i e dumping into the ice bin.

The cover isn't needed for the rear of the appliance.
