1. You will have the needed ~1-2" on each side for circulation.
2. You will be able to open the door at 90 degree angle to fridge.
3. You will not be able to pull drawer out near door near wall unless you remove the bottom "shelf" on the door.
4. You need to make sure the drawer does not rip the door gasket (rubber) near that drawer near the wall.
