• yes they can, but the manual may not have the correct instructions to do so. Its easy of you are handy and very little tools needed.

• Hi, Sendalina! The doors on this model are reversible so they can be arranged to open from right to left. The instructions on how to do so are included in the Owner's Manual! ~Ashton
