Hi, Beachinmoney! This model is recommended for indoor use, as temperatures beyond 50-110 degrees Fahrenheit may negatively affect its functionality. This information is on page 5 in the Owner's Manual! If you are planning on putting it in an outdoor area that is temperature-controlled, like a heated garage, that should be fine! ~Ashton
