“I have had this model for 3 days - it has only one control setting for the refrigerator. I have it set at 6 (7 is highest) and the refrigerator is fine but the freezer is almost the same temperature, so clearly not freezing. What is wrong?”

Hello! The single temperature control should affect both sections. If the freezer seems warmer than normal or is not freezing items, try checking the seal on the freezer door to ensure it is intact and not letting in warm air.
