A:AnswerFrigidaire Support gave you an erroneous answer. This refrigerator should not be consuming 15 amps. This would be equivalent to an electric space heater running on its highest heating output setting. If Frigidaire Support would like to take another try at a reasonable answer I also would like to know the operating power consumption.
I would like to use an inverter in my RV to power this refrigerator while I am driving. When I park it will be connected to shore power, 120 volts, not an issue. But operating from an inverter that will also produce 120 volts, I need to know what is its power demand. I understand that upon startup the compressor will spike an amp draw. What I want to know is what does the refrigerator compressor demand in watts, and in amps at 120 volts ac, when it is operating normally, not starting up.

A:AnswerHi, ChicagoPizzaMan! The full interior dimensions are unavailable. The storage section is about 15 inches wide, and wider than it is deep, so your large dishes may not fit. We apologize for any inconvenience! ~Ashton
