• Your setting is too cold this fridge is not made to be too cold My target temperature is 55f So I have to set my lower zone to 57 and upper zone 45, this setting allow me to achieve around 54 f You gotta add an external thermometer to monitor the temperature

• I think it means the door seal does not seal perfectly, I would look at the seal to see if it is properly seated, or replace it.
