The center knob is for the center burner, oven is operated by using the digital clock/counter button display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Happyhomeowner. There are actually 5 burner know. Two on the left, two on the right, and one in the center for the center burner. The oven is controlled but the electronic control panel. Push the burner’s surface control knob in and turn counterclockwise out of the OFF position. ~ Anna
