Hi, Dbf514! Thank you for your inquiry. After researching our French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerators, we were able to see that an ice maker does come with them. We understand that you wish to not have this feature. Keep in mind that you can turn the ice maker off. We hope this information was helpful to your shopping experience. -Ciara
