Where is the freezer control if it stop freezing? null

Hey, Valued Customer! If the model you selected stops freezing, you can adjust the temperature settings on the control panel under "OPTIONS" on the water dispenser control panel. ~Courtney

Facing the ref. Around the water dispenser on the left door. There is an “Options” touch button. This activates a menu that has the processes that it is able to control. It is intuitive enough. But needs some getting used to. Best to read the manual first. If you don’t have time. You better be tech savvy.
