Update: Warranty Service just came and diagnosed the problem as the plastic flaps at the end of each shelf at the rear (back wall) of the food compartment thus preventing air flow and making everything freeze. The flaps are just clip-ons and were removed. Hopefully this will correct the problem.

However, thanks to my Uncle, he looked inside the fridge and found that the Installers did NOT install the charcoal Air Filter. It was in the plastic bag with other papers. Once we put that in, which the manual's pic and description do not specifically say which side the solid cardboard faces, we placed it against the back wall, it has not frozen the food for 48 hours. Normally it would only take 24 hours to freeze. Is this just luck?

If only items in the back are freezing, they may be blocking the vents and need to be redistributed. If freezing is occurring in the humidity-controlled crisper drawers, the humidity may be on too low and need to be adjusted.
