What is the height of this unit in the back without the hinge? I only have 68.75 inches in the back, the front is open to the ceiling. Will it fit? null

68.25".... I encountered a discrepancy between Best Buy's measurement and Frigidaire's. If I would have gone with Best Buy's height measurement I would have written this model off as being too high. Double check specs with the manufacturer.
