QuestionHas anyone experienced a burner knob being accidentally bumped so that the gas is on, but the burner hasn't ignited and the gas stays on? Is it possible to inadvertently turn on the gas and the range allows the gas to continue to flow without ignition?

- Answer Yes and gas should never flow fully unlit to burner until the ignition is activated and sensor determines the is a pilot. Notify your supplier / manufacturer immediately

Questionis there a cut out in the back to accommodate pipes coming out from the wall, so the unit can sit flush against the wall?

- Answer My sits just like my old one, about 1 1/2 inches away from the wall. So it does not fit flush against it, but the old did not either.

QuestionIf your upper cabinets are only 12" deep (max is 13") and the underside of the cabinets are 18" from countertop but there is a 1.5" lip extending down, can you use this range? I don't see any that don't require an 18" clearance. Thanks!

- Answer Hi, Lhack! This appliance does not come with the LP conversion line. This appliance is pre-set to operate on 4” natural gas manifold pressure. A convertible pressure regulator is connected to the manifold and MUST be connected in series with the gas supply line. If s LP/Propane conversion kit is being used, follow instructions provided with the kit for converting the pressure regulator to LP/ Propane use. ~Keyanna
