“Where does the "STEAM" for steam baking, steam cleaning, etc. come from? Is there a water reservoir that needs to be refilled periodically, or does the range have to have water piped to it - as is done for an icemaker on a refrigerator?”

In the manual it says the steam will come from the cup of water you pour into the oven, at the bottom.

The Steam Clean feature offers a chemical-free and time-saving method to assist in the routine cleaning of small and light soils. For heavier baked-on soils, use the Self-Clean feature.
