Hello, Amy. It would be a pleasure to help with this today. After researching, the burner sizes are listed in the product specification guide found here: original.pdf (syndigo.com). Also, the burners do not turn if the cookware is smaller than the diameter. We recommend using appropriately sized cookware for each burner. -Chris
