“baking is this large enough to bake a chicken or cakes and brownies? I am looking for a small convection oven that can do more than heat a pizza or make toast. Thank you for your help”

Yes, you can cook all sorts of things in this. Yesterday I cooked a pork roast and it came out perfect. It has replaced my oven in many things I have cooked.

There is only about 5.5" clearance from the lowest rack position to the top heating element. Chicken breasts and fish cook very well though. I've broiled steaks as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Definitely, you just need to get a broiler pan or oven sheets if you want to cook on the rack or you can let all the juices drip down to the drip tray. Best way would be to get a broiler pan 12x12.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works great for a 12" pizza (there's even a pizza setting). A 13" pan would not fit. A whole chicken might be too high but I reheated a rotisserie chicken in it.

It could do the job for cooking, but the size of the unit might be an issue for those items. Thank You, Frigidaire
