“I have had this for five months and lately the drinks haven’t been getting as cold as they used to I cleaned the back where the fan is and checked the seal and left it sit over night to see if that would help with cooling my drinks and still it isn’t cold”

This unit cools by means of a thermo-electric cooling module. It has the ability to cool 20F-25F below ambient temperature. If your ambient temperature has increased, the beverages won't be as cool.
