“What setting is best to have this fridge set on? I know the manual says to start it up on four but I’m wondering if that is cool enough to keep food cold like a normal fridge?”

The 4 setting is plenty, I've had it set on 3.5 not only is it keeping my food fresh and cold- but the freezer on this fridge is so cold that any ice cream I store in there gets too frozen to scoop(I usually have to let the ice cream thaw a bit to actually eat it which is a bit ironic)
