“I recieved my printer and it will not charge( i know the battery is in correctly) has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions to know how to fix it or if i just need to return it”

My daughter had the same issues.. The battery had to be pushed in more until it clicks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is for a Canon ivy printer . This unit has battery inside. It comes sealed from the Korean factory. A red LED light comes on when charging , turns green when charging is complete. Try unplugging the charger cord from your charger and reinserting the charging cord. Maybe you have a bad charger. Printer comes witha short white 18 inch charging cord only.
