• Scanner itself is compact. About 11.5 inches wide, 6 inches deep, about 7 inches in height with the feeder folded down and the document deposit tray not extended. Really does not need a lot of space on your desk.

• scanner is approx 12 inches wide and about that high also when opened up. you can load a lot of pages and it scans quickly and automatically .

• Small footprint, especially vs an all-in-one. You put a 15 page document into the sheet feeder, and it just quickly scans the whole document in through the sheet-feeder. It is NOT a one page at a time machine — it can handle multiple page documents easily
