Is there an interior light? The specifications say no, so I was wondering if indeed this microwave does not have an interior light.

Actually, there is NO interior cooking light. The specs do state "NO" light. Unfortunately, I didn't see that when I ordered -- who'd a thunk it? This is why we had to return it. You can't see if anything is boiling over, etc. Otherwise, we really liked the appearance & features. But no light.

The interior light comes on when you open the door and stays on during cooking.
