Check online w/ company, they almost always have digital instruction manuals. Good Luck!

We do not offer a specific recipe book for this model as many of the packaged foods offered today provide air frying instructions on the package itself. For convection baking, you will use the same cooking time and temperatures as listed on the package or your favorite recipe.
