- Answer You have to clean splatter when it happens, or it will bake into a hard surface. If you've waited tooo long, you will need a good cleaner, like for porcelain, and extra elbow grease.

- Answer Since parchment paper is OK for regular air fryers, I thought it would be OK when air frying using this 4-in-1 microwave but I WAS WRONG. The parchment paper began to char, turning black. I got it out of there but assume it might have caught fire if I left it in long enough.

- Answer I only have fan noise when it's cooling down after using the air fryer. I keep mine plugged in all the time. I would contact GE and ask.

QuestionTrying to figure out why my new oven is not level, I lifted up the bottom to look under and saw what appears to be a silver screw coming through the bottom. Its on the right. Anyone else notice this? It may explain the grey marks on the counter. Thanks!

- Answer you should bring it back to Best Buy to exchange it. The product should be 100% zero of default but do not forget to buy +3 year warranty, since daily use i put it on a wire rack shelf covered with a thick cardboard this microwave is quiet, i have already use the combination,air fry everything is perfect

QuestionJust exchanged my first oven under Geek Squad Protection. The new oven is in the same location and the back left corner is low so the unit tips when the door is opened or any weight put inside. The instructions do not show a fix. Is there one? Thanks!

- Answer I haven't had it long and have only used the microwave function but I don't know why it couldn't bake a chicken. It's big enough. The sheet I've attached is pretty complete.

- Answer I would think so as long as you leave enough room in the back for some airflow. There is a type of fan blower that runs when using the air fryer option- I’d just review the dimensions.

- Answer The Microwave is 21" wide by 12" high but to have the unit fit near flush in a cabinet is should be at least 16" deep. If you are OK with a 1" stick-out then a 15" deep cabinet would work.
