• Hi bodollar - The power level can be changed when using Time Cook or Time Defrost buttons. Press Time Cook. Enter cooking time. Power level is automatically set to 10, but if you want to reduce it, press Power, then select a level from 0 to 9. Press Start. If the power level cannot be changed following the instruction on page 8 of the Owner's Manual (https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-40735.pdf), we suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging for 30 seconds or so and try again.
