What are specific outside measurements..size null

The dimensions are 12 inches high, 20.3125 inches inches wide and 15.625 inches deep.

They are not accounting for the feet. I measured a spot and it should have fit, it didn't. 12 inches does not take into account the additional height of the little rubber feet attached at the bottom. Come on....do better here. Extra trip now.....
