Granddaughter locked microwave by mistake and couldn't unlock it so I unplugged it to restart but all I got on the screen was PF don't know what to do now. Please help asap. Thank you. null

I think you keep pressing the Pause key for like 10sec or something it unlocks

Hi Doreena - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your microwave that was accidentally locked by your granddaughter. We are always happy to help! “PF” appears on display after a power failure.  Press Pause/Off to clear the display. If you need to reprogram the clock, press Clock, enter time of day and press Clock again. Also, to lock or unlock the controls, press and hold Pause/Off for
about three seconds. When the control panel is locked, the lock indicator will be lit.
