• Hey there, thanks for reaching out. It appears as if someone has accidentally activated the child lock. To turn this off, press and hold the clear/off pad for about three seconds. On some models you press and hold the "5" and "7" simultaneously for three seconds. We're sorry about that and we hope this helps! - Guy@GEA
