• Hello George - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. We're sorry, however, this microwave does not offer the beeper volume Off feature. The only countertop microwaves that we offer that allow you to turn the beeper off is our CEB1599SJSS or the PEB9159SJSS which are countertop convection microwaves, and the JEM3072SHSS and JES1072SHSS which are .7 cubic foot countertop microwaves.
