“If the item being microwaved calls for 1100 wattage and your microwave is 1000 wattage, does that change the cooking time?”

• Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Most microwave cooking directions list the cooking time as a span like 6-8 minutes. We always recommend heating for the shortest time and then add time as needed to achieve the desired results. • typically yea, it means the cooking time will have to be longer to compensate for the less power it gets during cook time
