A:AnswerAccording to the sticker inside the microwave, you should enter the number of ounces, not pounds, with a minimum of 4 oz & max of 100 oz. Any number less than 4 will not work.
Press Weight Defrost, enter the weight in ounces, then press Start. There is also a Time Defrost feature.
