“Is the stainless a bright shiny stainless color or is a duller stainless color? Also is the case stainless or black? My current appliances are a dull matte looking stainless and I’m looking to match as close as possible.”

The stainless finish is not a high gloss stainless. It's more of a brushed stainless appearance. The case is gray.
