Questionare the bulbs under the microwave (it hangs from a top vent) pulled out or unscrewed? One needs to be replaced.but I cannot get it out ot the connection? They each have plastic or glass windows covering them. Thanks. Renee

Questionrelated to model JES1460DSWW. where does it vent? if it on the top, i am afraid that it will blow the air on the cabinet bottom above the counter and will warp the wood?? i have a sharp now that vents on the sides. the new sharp are only 1000watt

- Answer All we need is the replacement oven to replace the white GE Microwave we bought that came damaged on the top and back corner where it is mashed in. It looks like the warehouse may the source of the damage. I still have the box and will return that too. This has been a real nightmare.

- Answer Hi SAFSMITH - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your 2 1/2 year old GE Microwave Model JES1460DSWW. We are sorry to hear of the odor during use and apologize for any concern and inconvenience this has caused. We recommend washing the interior with baking soda, or a non-abrasive detergent, and letting it dry. If the smell or odor persists, we recommend you try one of the following: Mix 6 tablespoons of baking soda and one cup of water or mix a solution of 1/2 cup lemon juice and one cup of water. Place either solution in a microwave safe dish of appropriate size and heat for 2 to 3 minutes on high power. If the odor continues or is an electrical odor, you may want to consider a replacement since it may not be cost effective to repair. Again, we are sorry for this experience.
