“Need to install this as built in microwave. The trim kit JX9152SJSS does not have any vents in front. Is it safe to install as built in at 5 feet height? Or we need to drill holes in wooden cabinets for heat to escape?”

We recommend a clearance of 3" on the sides and top and 1" of clearance in the rear. This will allow proper venting from the unit. For more specific details on measurements please see the quick specs guide that can be found on the website.
