Hi. Our new microwave makes a knocking noise when operating with the turntable rotating. . It is not loud and the oven works very well. Just checking to see if this is normal. Oven looks great with our other new GE black appliances. Thanks null

Mine does the same thing. It's the plate catching up with the spindle. Doesn't cause any issues

Please make sure the glass tray firmly sits on a plastic support ring. While the turntable is turning, it is normal for the tray to hesitate, jerk, drag, or pause.
